Development Pro Forma
The Dandini Research Park Master Plan has been adopted as an amended overlay to the City of Reno Dandini Regional Center Plan, including incorporation of certain Special Use Permits. This provides exemption from many City permits and processes which fast-track development and minimize cost.
The construction pro-forma below illustrates the estimated development costs of a sample building in comparison to a location with equitable access to intellectual capital, laboratories and research capabilities.
